What inspired you to join MeWe?
What inspired me to join MeWe was the platform’s focus on authentic connections and meaningful communities. I’ve always appreciated spaces where people can share their passions and ideas freely, without the noise and algorithms that dominate other social networks. I was especially drawn to the positive, creative energy of the groups and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals around my interests, such as photography, plants, and art.
What keeps you active on the MeWe app?
What keeps me active on MeWe is the sense of community and the meaningful interactions I can have with others. I love sharing my passions: photography, plants, and art, and seeing how others respond, contribute, and collaborate. The platform’s positive and creative environment encourages me to post regularly, participate in discussions, and explore new ideas with like-minded people. It feels rewarding to be part of spaces where genuine connections are valued.

Supportive, creative, authentic – a space where people can share, inspire, and connect genuinely.

Inspiring, visual, informative. I love sharing content that sparks creativity, showcases photography, and provides helpful insights.
Who or what inspires the content you share, and why?
The content I share is inspired by the beauty and creativity I see in everyday life. Photography, plants, and art are my greatest passions, and they naturally shape what I post. I love capturing moments that spark curiosity, joy, or inspiration and sharing them so others can appreciate and connect over these experiences. Travel, museum visits, and botanical gardens also provide endless ideas for visually engaging and meaningful content.
What’s one tip or trick you’d give to someone who’s just getting started on MeWe?
One tip I’d give to someone just getting started on MeWe is to explore and join groups that match your passions. That’s where the real connections happen! Don’t be afraid to introduce yourself, participate in discussions, and share your own content. It’s a great way to meet like-minded people and feel part of the community quickly.
What’s a fun fact about you that most of your friends on MeWe might not have guessed?
A fun fact about me is that I love experimenting with new creative projects, whether it’s trying unusual photography styles, starting new plant arrangements, or exploring art techniques. Most of my friends on MeWe might not guess how often I dive into something totally new just for fun! I recently published my debut e-book, Beyond Reach: A Love That Transcends Distance.

If I could change one thing about MeWe, I would love to see it spread to more countries. I think its positive, authentic communities would benefit people all around the world.
What are your top three favorite features on MeWe?
Privacy controls – I appreciate being able to control who sees my content and having a safe space to share.
Post option in groups – I love being able to share photos, ideas, and stories directly with communities that share my passions.Ad-free experience – it makes the platform feel more authentic and enjoyable.
Have you made connections on MeWe that felt like you knew them in real life?
Yes, I have. Some connections on MeWe quickly felt as warm and familiar as real-life friends.
Since you’ve joined MeWe, what is the most valuable thing you find on this app?
The most valuable thing I’ve found on MeWe is the chance to learn from others. People bring their knowledge, experience, and photos into the groups, and it’s inspiring to exchange ideas and discover new perspectives while also sharing my own passions.
Do you feel like you can express your voice on MeWe and not be afraid of your post being taken down?
Yes, I feel I can express my voice on MeWe without worrying my posts will be unfairly removed.
Do you feel like MeWe is a safe space for you?
Yes. For me MeWe feels like a safe and respectful place. The groups I’m in have clear, supportive rules and people are kind.

It’s hard to remember exactly who I first invited to MeWe, as it was quite a while ago.

I think I have a few friends I plan to invite to MeWe.
